These are simple piping tip storage boxes. They do not stack, and are not designed for lids. The intention of the included models is to hold the tips slightly (2 mm) above the floor of the box, so that tips can dry if there's any water left when they're put away. The star polygons they rest on helps create air space, and there are grooves and holes in the floor of the models to help further. The overhangs are all 60 degree, so it should be printable without supports.
The walls are deliberately shorter than the tips (and especially than a stack of tips, like the common round types).
I don't know anything about piping tips, so there may be many other size options. The names I used for the sizes are my own. To make sure you have the right fit, the included Piping Tips Size Test model should be printed first. Make sure the tips don't fall over, even if you shake the holder a bit. Otherwise they will constantly shift if they're in a drawer.
If you need to fit other sized tips, or need a different size of box, the models are easily customized in OpenSCAD. Measure the inside diameter at the very base of the tip ("ld"), and 16mm above the base ("hd" - 16 mm is the length of the back points on my calipers, so this measurement is hopefully easily accessible with any similar calipers), then set “od” to be larger than the outside base of the tip. Modify “mx” and “my” to set how many tips the box will hold, and “pad” if the walls are too close/too far from the outer set of tips.
I'm still learning OpenSCAD, so if anything is unclear, or you want something specific rendered, please let me know.
My wife initially requested these storage boxes after seeing this:

Because the measurements, modeling, and techniques are all novel, I don't think it makes sense to consider it a remix. If that's wrong, I'm open to changing it.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
