After 20 years the tire on my wheelbarrow gave out. The wheelbarrow cost me $40 new and a new tire was going to cost over $140. I payed the price because i needed the wheelbarrow. When Prusa started the contest for replacement parts i got thinking. The strength of the 3d printed tire is dependent on the filament, perimeters, and infill. I think any TPU can work for the tire but using Nylon 6, with 10 perimeters and 30% infill you could make a very strong tire. PETG will probably work for the rim but PC would work better. The fun part is that you can do it with the XL.
