Printable RC Track Connectors for 44MM ID / 50MM OD Square Tube

-These parts were designed to fit 44mm ID 50mm OD square tube with 10.2mm button hole 75mm back from the face of the board. 

-The button cartridge is designed to work with 1" long ¼ diameter spring like the Prime-Line SP 9701 Spring and a 30mm M3 cap head screw to hold the cartridge to the track parts and keep the bottom of the cartridge on.

-Cartridge parts should be printed with 100% infill

-All track connectors work best printed in TPU with at least 2.6mm wall thicknesses and were designed to be printed with a 0.6mm nozzle. No supports required. 

-Added Left and Right Hand Flex Corner Connectors to use with HDPE strips cut to 1.5" tall. I suggest using 3/16" thick strips up to 4 feet long and ¼" for anything longer than that. There is one section of the part that will require supports. 

You will need to print 2 flex corner cartridges and use 4 35mm long M5 flat head screws and 4 M5 lock nuts per corner end. One standard button cartridge per end is also required. 

There is a shim that can be printed to fill the gap between the corner part and the HDPE if using thinner than ¼". One shim for 3/16" and two Shims for 1/8".
