This model is the rear grill holder for a desk fan holder. The reason of this build is to create a replacement for a piece which is not sold online by the company, Royal Sovereign International Inc.
The cause of damage for the piece was the deskfan falling, as seen in the images the piece rupture and cause the thread holding the rear grill to hold in place, preventing the blades of the fan from rotating freely. but rather every time it will hit the top of the grill, creating risk damage of the fan itself. The repair itself is the 3d printing of the assembly itself, it is a simple removal of the four screws holding it firm to the piece when vibrating, and the pushing and unclicking of the three locking teeth at the top and sides of the circular region of the broken piece.
To install the 3d printed piece it is easily just pressing the teeth back onto the housing assembly of the fan, installing the four screws, and placing the rear grill on the threated extrusion and afterwards thread back in the the plastic locking knot, which keeps secured the rear grill limiting its movement.
