The Intermatic Time-All series of mechanical outlet timers are popular and common in North America. They can often be acquired cheaply second hand but don't always come with a full complement of timing pegs. These small and easily lost pegs set the on and off times for the switched outlet. If you have one of these timers but have lost some of the pegs, or you need to switch it on or off more than twice in a day, please extend the useful life of your device by printing these replacement pegs.
I've tested these pegs with the Intermatic models TN111 and TN711. According to this product page https://www.intermatic.com/Catalog/us/Products/Timer-Controls/Accessories/107TN222 they should be compatible with Intermatic TN, PB, TB Series, P1101, P1131, P1161, P1261P, AL300TPWS, AL600TPWS and AL900TPWS series controls.
I modeled this part to be as faithful a re-creation of the original as possible and therefore some of the small details won't be accurately reproduced on most FDM printers. For best results I'd recommend a 0.2mm nozzle and 0.1mm layers, but a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layers produce a completely functional part. Similarly, you can print a fully functional part without any supports but if you want to accurately reproduce the rounded top portion of the peg some supports may be needed. Bed adhesion can a problem due to the small surface area of the part. I recommend using a high adhesion build plate or glue stick. Brims could be used but may be difficult to remove.
I printed these parts in PLA+ with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.1mm layer height, and no supports on a glue-stick-covered glass print surface, and removed them with the aid of isopropyl alcohol and a razor blade. My only regret is I didn't have the right colors of filament.
