Playseat Challenge Heusinkveld Sprint Mount

Bracket for mounting a Heusinkveld Sprint Baseplate to the pedal base of a Playseat Challenger rig.

Materials

A complete pack of 4 brackets requires the following new materials:

• 8x M6x35 bolt (socket head cap)
• 8x M6 washer [optional]
• 8x M6 nut

In addition to the rig mounting materials included with the Heusinkveld Sprint Baseplate:

• 4x M5x12 bolt (hex head) or 4x M5x16 bolt (hex head)
• 4x M5 washer [optional]
• 4x M5 nut

Note: One of the included M5 nylock nuts seized on the bolt for me. Try the non-nylock nuts first then switch to the nylock nuts if you find the bolt loosening over time.

Instructions

1. Print 4 pairs of top/bottom brackets
   • Tested with both PLA and PETG
2. Cut the foam on the pedal base to match your desired mounting positions
3. Loosely assemble each bracket pair on the pedal base
   • M5 bolt snaps into the top bracket
   • M6 hardware connects the bottom bracket to the top bracket
4. Mount and secure the baseplate with M5 washers and nuts
5. Tighten all nuts
