My original design of a small rubber hammer. I printed handle and cap with PLA and Head with TPU. You Can change Hammer weigh with hammer head infill (up to 200g I believe). There might be better filaments to print handle with, but it is good with me :)
For assembly You just need M4 nut and M4x15 nut with hexagonal head.
These are portions of prints that need to be 100% infill to securely connect it:
In Handle there is a space for m4 nut. Pause print layer before it starts bridging this hole:
