Customized Ford Pick-up Hotrod - Boneshaker remix

Does everyone have a favorite Hot Wheels car? My son does, and it's Boneshaker. Couldn't resist the remix opportunity.

My son loves the Hot Wheels car Boneshaker, and grabs every version that he finds. I wanted to print the Hotrod, but I knew that in the back of my mind, I would always regret not remixing it into Boneshaker if I didn't.

But, since I'm not great at modelling organic shapes, I snagged the Murray skull from @Muldjord and with some scaling and slicing and adding positive volumes, I managed to come up with something I was relatively pleased with for the grill.

Then, I snagged the skull earring model by @Melix, trimmed off the hole at the top, scaled it a bit as needed, and merged it with the wheel pins (rescaled the ends of the pins for ease of printability with the geometry added by the skulls). Had to modify the original wheel covers a bit to fit the new wheel pins.

I remodeled the lights to look like hands holding them as on Boneshaker.

And lastly, I split the single piece wheels from the hotrod model into separate sets of rims and tires so I could print the tires in TPU.

Printing

Little changed in the printing process compared to the original. I did use a couple organic supports on the cheek bones of the skull on the hood, but it may be fine without it. Otherwise, no supports for anything, like the original model.

If printing the tires in TPU, the rims just pop into the tires from the back.

The only pieces in my remix that cannot be swapped out individually from the original model is the wheel pins and wheel cover. (ie: If you want just the hood, just the lights, or just the tires/rims, you can swap them 1:1 for the original model, but if you want to use the skull wheel pins, you must use the wheel covers here as well, they will not fit the wheel covers in the original model)

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Modified and used the Murray skull on the front of the hotrod grill, then slightly modified the skull earrings into the rims. Remodeled the lights to look like hands holding them as on Boneshaker, then separated the one piece wheels into a set of rims and tires so the tires could be printed in TPU.
