Upper Shelf for Fixdry NT1 Filament Dryer

Using the Bambu Labs AMS system limits the maximum diameter of the filament spools. This shelf is designed to sit above filament rolls in the FIXDRY NT1 filament dryer for spools within that size limit. The shelf facilitates simultaneously drying of 2 rolls and reusable desiccant placed in separate containers on the shelf. The height between the shelf and the dryer cover is ~42mm. The printed shelf size is 256x185x5mm.

I have several desiccant containers (9 + 1 in each filament roll) continuously residing in the AMS for my Bambu Labs X1. Periodically and when I need to dry a new roll, I dry about 1/2 the desiccant containers in the AMS at the same time on this shelf. Note: Temperatures measured on the shelf with NT1 set to 70C max, have not exceeded 50C. Knowing that the filament is not getting to 70C either, my drying times are typically 12- 24 hours.

I am not printing with filament in the dryer and am not sure if the shelf would work for that application. The shelf is reversible top/bottom as long as it's not glued together.

4x 9mm OD carbon fiber (CF) tube cut to ~171mm length

The Foot.STL is intended to stabilize the shelf. Bottom of the CF tubes may be fitted with any of the following:
1) Foot.STL
2) Cap.STL
3) Nothing

Any ASA should work. Other filaments may work if they can support the weight of the silica at the dryer temps

The shelf .STL is not modeled with the air flow holes. The mesh is created in the slicer by setting the top and bottom layers to zero. The actual mesh is controlled by the infill settings.
