The lift bracket for the Danco 10071 Microban Dual Flush Toilet Handle is made of a plastic that is quite brittle. The hole that the retaining pin goes through is under a decent amount of stress during use and, in my case, broke.
Instead of ditching the entire flusher, I decided to model a replacement part and 3D print it from tough PET recycled from a 2L Mountain Dew bottle.
This is a 1-for-1 replacement the part “H” lift bracket. You can, therefore, follow the instructions from the manufacturer themselves:
10071 I InstSheet_FINAL (danco.com)
I would suggest a tough, not brittle, material such as PLA+, PETG, or ABS.
The part is in the proper print orientation when loaded into PrusaSlicer. I would suggest supports to the build plate.
