GAL 12v-40 L-Boxx Mini

Quick Guide:

• print the parts
• press-fit battery insert into GAL_CaseTop
• glue GAL_BeeAwesomeLogo to GAL_CaseTop
• glue together the GBA_* parts
• disassemble original GAL 12v-40
• assemble printed GAL case
• transfer top label from original to printed case
• insert new case into L-Boxx Mini

GAL 12v-40:
The casing for the charger uses the original screws, therefore no additional material ist required.
6mm transparent/translucent plastic rods may be inserted into the LED holes.

GBA 12v 3Ah:
The casing for the battery packs consists of three parts which must be glued together after printing.

L-Boxx Mini:
No modifications required.

Printing:
It's been a while since I've printed this for myself, so I don't remember the print settings.
What I do remember - the printer should be very accurate, there are more or less no tolerances to fit this in a L-Boxx Mini. During design I fought for every 0.5 millimeter.
