Ender S1 z-axis cable holder

Bracket to hold the extruder flat cable. The bracket clips onto the bracket that holds the X gantry. There is a slight twist in the cable mount to make the bend downwards more easy. Additionally, it creates room for the backward facing Z-axis bracing (https://www.printables.com/model/628469-ender-s1-plus-z-axis-brace-backwards ).
