(Still experimental, not yet tested)
A 7-layer coin sorter for Danish crowns coins (DKK).
Add coins into the top layer, close the lid, and shake from side-to-side.
Smaller coins will fall to the bottom, while larger ones will remain at the top.
The layers are stackable, and have a 0.2mm clearance on the sides.
Coins size is obtained from nationalbanken.dk, and all holes have a 0,5mm clearance.
Layer 1 collects 1 kr coins at the bottom.
Layer 2 collects 50 øre coins / 1 kr coins pass through (size 20,25mm + 0,5mm).
Layer 3 collects 10 kr coins / 50 øre coins pass through (size 21,50mm + 0,5mm).
Layer 4 collects 2 kr coins / 10 kr coins pass through (size 23,25mm + 0,5mm).
Layer 5 collects 20 kr coins / 2 kr coins pass through (size 24,50mm + 0,5mm).
Layer 6 collects 5 kr coins / 20 kr coins pass through (size 27,00mm + 0,5mm).
Layer 7 is a lid to prevent coins from falling out. It also has an image on it for fun.
All files should be printed as is.
Print settings are not yet tested, but rafts and supports should not be necessary.
Layers 7 is printed upside-down, but it might be possible to print normally too.
I will post updates when I'm able to make and test the design.
