Parametric setup block, chamfered

This parametric OpenSCD model allows creation of chamfered setup block of inch or metric dimensions, and different layouts than 1x2x3.

I a base for an indicator holder, and decided to build it off of a 1-2-3 block for flexibility.

This remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3749463 by Chunkmunk01 added chamfers on the edges and the holes.  To handle the chamfers, it needed to be re-designed as a whole block drilled through with holes, rather than an assembly constructed of smaller cubes.   Chamfering the small cubes would add discontinuities along their junctions.
