Back story on how I ended up with a creativity (not creality) direct drive hot-end is found with my other related design here:

Long story short, I run Alex's firmware on my Aquila's with BL touch compatability.
With the new gantry, an issue cropped up where it wouldn't trigger the x axis end stop as there wasn't anything protruding from the gantry to trigger it within the housing on the Aquila.
Yes, I could have probably just removed the housing, but I wanted a BLtouch as well so combined the two.
I provide two models the original and another with an additional offset of 2mm from the gantry. I can't tell you why I did it, but there must have been a reason!
Printed 100% infill in any material, PLA fine, without supports and oriented as you would install it. In terms of hardware you will need 2 x small screws to attach to the gantry, M2.5 I think.
I couldn't tell you now what the probe offsets are as I have done away with the unit, but old notes I have say x = -40 and y = -6, but that could have been estimates while I was designing it.
Fusion 360 file included for remixing pleasure.
