A design for a cable management/tidy box to consume the excess cable that often exists in our households. I made this to arrange a series of hubs that were on our landing, the hubs could all be next to each other but then there was a lot of excess cable dangling so I made these to clean it up and make it a bit safer with our children toddling around. The cases can be free standing or surface mounted and the caps clip on securely requiring more strength than a toddler/child has to prize them open again. I used 3M Command Adhesive strips to secure these to our wall but I've also added countersunk screw holes if you want something more solid.
This “small” size suits little power cables <1.2m in length, I also have a “medium” version for some of the network size cables of around 1.2-1.5m lengths
I print these on my Prusa Mk3S with a 0.6mm nozzle in PLA, the clips have survived removal 3-4 times so far but you might consider PETG. They print in <2 hours with 0.2mm layer height.
