BBK 3502 61mm Throttle Body Gasket (Laser or Blade Cut)

Disclaimer: Photo looks slightly off as the gasket paper came from a roll, it was cut held down flat but has a tendency to bow when resting as it is in that photo

Custom gasket for the BBK 3502 throttle body as the one BBK Sells (Part #1574) has too small of a diameter for both throttle openings and requires trimming before installation.

Recommended to use FEL-PRO 3157 gasket paper to cut this from.

FreeCAD File included which has both my old hand-cut gasket and the BBK 3502 scanned in for reference. DXF and SVG Files are attached as well for use with your cutter, if asked, measurements are in mm.

Here are the settings I used to laser cut the FelPro 3157 paper, hopefully will help you get started. These settings provide complete penetration through the paper with minimal burning on edges.
