Ender 3 Part Cooling Fan Mount Noctua A4x20

Summary: 

The original part cooling fan for my Ender 3 broke. I like noctua. I did not want to buy any extra hardware to mount it. It took like 3 months of iteration to land on this design. I've included the .obj, .stl, .3mf, and .gcode (PETG .6mm noz) for this model. 

Note: This model works better without the noctua silent adapter (better flow)

Features:

• No extra hardware needed (Uses part cooling fan original screws)
• Noctua fan mounted with friction from rubber inserts (super snug)
• Clearance holes and cutouts for allen wrench access to screws
• Clearance slots for easy mounting / dismounting of fan
• 3x protrusions within mount to seat the fan at the correct z 
• Back clearance slot for X belt tensioner screw

Print Instructions:

• PETG or ABS recommended due to proximity to hot end (noticed some warping in my PLA prints)
• External Perimeter and Infill agnostic, use your best judgement
• Layer height might need to be reduced to get appropriate bridging on the model
• Needs to be printed with rear face down (face with the x belt screw clearance slot)
• Need to paint on support for the volume in which the fan would sit (see photo)
