This is a simple mount/holder for the BigTreeTech BIQU Smart Sensor filament.
I design it to be with 2xM3 Screws. I design it to be mounted on my aluminum frame 20 × 20 with T-nut or sliding T-nuts.
The 2 “arms” that are going to top of the sensor aren't really useful. It would be removed in the next version. The shell is 2 mm thick, and it’s too much. Next time will do 1.3 mm to 1.5 mm.
I’ve included all my conception files (fusion360) and step files.
It’s based on the reality cause the officials github stl files of the sensor aren't the same size as the real thing. https://github.com/bigtreetech/smart-filament-detection-module
Print with no support at all nor raft, nor brim nor skirt (except to purge purpose)
Strongest part with 0.10 mm to 0.20 mm height
I strongly suggest using 3MF files instead of stl or obj.
----EDIT 05/11/2020----
I added a new version (v1) without arms and with a thinner outshell (1.5 mm instead of 2.0 mm).
I have not print it yet !
