Osram torch AAA battery holder

I bought two of these nice torches and both of them suffered from a broken battery holder, they simply fell apart over a short period of time.

This holder is, as the original one, made out of two parts, i used the original screws to fix the parts together. Use a soldering iron to make the metal parts hot and fix them in place, mounting the metal parts in the upper part of the holder can be tricky, but not impossible. 

Made out of PLA with 0,2 mm layer height. Supports necessary for the upper (bigger) part.

Koupil jsem dva kusy těchto hezkých svítilen a bohužel u obou se během krátkého času původní držáky baterií zkrátka rozpadly.

Držák se skládá, stejně jako ten původní, ze dvou částí, pro spojení jsem použil původní šroubky. Pomocí páječky kontakty nahřejte a tím zafixujte na správná místa držáku, umístění kovových kontaktů do vrchní části držáku může být krapet obtížnější, ale určitě ne nemožné.

Vytisknuto z PLA při 0,2mm výšce. Podpěry nutné pro vrchní (tu větší) část.
