Could print it out of a verity materials.  If you are printing it from a soft material the thick version. 4 in wide face.

Included are the Solidworks files, so you can change the file parametrically.

This is a use that you might choose to increate the print infill. 

If you use a TPU you might choose to make it less infill to make it make it softer.
