Annular windsurf fin V4

Uploading V4 of the experimental annular fin to show design evolution.   This concept introduces the transfer plate to transfer the load from the tuttle bolts to the fin.  This is hidden inside the tuttle connector.   Again fin failed quickly as the PVC is just not strong enough.

Definitely need to fibreglass to improve strength.
