I got inspired by several small line-grips available on the market, more precisely by one removed from sales called the linegrip-nano: https://www.linegrip.com/linegrip-nano/

All the design is home made (please see the FreeCAD design file) and printed in PETG+CF and PCTG for the two rigid parts (I ran out of  PETG+CF during the print, probably better suited than PCTG since it is more rigid).  2mm thick walls, 4 perimeters and 20% infill. Weights 70g. Broke after ~10 rigging. 

Reprinted in PET-G 100% infill, weights 80g now and did not  break (yet).

The rubber pads are printed in TPU from Filaflex with 100% infill.

Rubber pads are glued with PU glue but cyano-acrylate is also an option. There is a 4mm rope to connect to the rollex (carabiner). 

Tested as part of a Buckingham rigging:
