Handle for Bessey GTR12 Guide Rail Clamp

This is replacement handle for the Bessey GTR 120/60 Guide Rail Standard Clamp (seems to be identical to Bosch Professional clamps for the FSN 70 or FSN 140).

The original handle is simply round and therefore has very little grip. So I have designed this replacement handle. It is a bit larger in diameter and has much better grip due to its shape. 

Print Settings

I recommend printing the handle in PETG with 0.2 mm layer height. I chose 5 perimeters to achieve maximum strength. The 3MF-file is prvided for download.

Replacing the Handle

The original handle is easily removed by drilling out the rivet with a metal drill bit:

The rivet is 3mm in diameter:

Attach the printed replacement handle with an M3 x 20mm flathead screw:
