Aqara Wireless Mini Switch Wall Mount Face Plate

The Aqara Wireless Mini Switch Wall Mount Face Plate! This is a face plate designed to wall mount a single Aqara wireless mini switch in place of a standard light switch. This can be installed on any 1-gang wall box, as the screw spacing and backside protrusions were designed to fit in any standard North American single gang box.

Printing

For my prints, I used a Prusa MK4 and PrusaSlicer. I used Polyterra's Matte White PLA. Print face down, 0.15mm Quality, 0.4mm nozzle, supports on build plate only, 15% infill. about 2 hour print time. Alternatively, you can print with input shaping, 0.2mm speed, for about 50 minute print time.

Installation

WARNING: Working with electricity is dangerous, proceed at your own risk!

Remove support material. Press the Aqara Mini Switch into the wall mount face plate. It is a friction fit. Remove the old face plate and light switch you are replacing from the wall. Securely cap any wires. Install the new face plate. Done!
