Universal Automatic sliding gate track or trail.

Universal replacement part for automatic sliding gate track or trail.
Compatible with any plastic rail based motor.
Length: 26cm.

Printability:
- Supports: This model is pre-supported.

- Orientation: Must be printed vertically - the layer lines will be perpendicular to the motor force.

- Printing instructions:
1. Load Automatic_Gate_Track_Trail.stl
2. Load Infill_Modfication.stl as a modifier for the main object and set its fill to 100%. This will make the areas around the holes solid.

- Recommended settings:
Perimeters: 4. If your motor is designed for gates weighing more than 600 kg, consider increasing the perimeters - remember that the number of perimeters is more important than the infill in increasing the strength of a part.
Infill: 30% - honeycomb or lines or grid.
Layer height: 0.2 or smaller. Do not use adaptive layers hight. 
Brimm: It should not be necessary. However, if you experience printing failure - consider using.
Speed: This part have much overhangs, too much speed may inrease risk of printing failure.

- Assembly:
1. Remove supports (a slight side to side force should remove it easly).
2. Check if holes where printed with the correct diammeter. The depth of the hole is 6 mm, check that the thread length of your screw must be less than 6 mm plus the thickness of the base of your gate - if necessary, use alleys. Trying to screw in deeper will break the part. 
3. Screw part in place.
