Pole Mount to suit SS4H-ZRG Zigbee Rain Gauge

Introduction

The algos suggested this awesome video by Smart Solution 4 Home. I tossed the creator $5 (optional), got the files, and printed them. Props to the creator, it's a brilliant design. However, I wanted to mount the rain gauge on my roof, where I had a nice vertical TV antenna pole but no immediately accessible horizontal surfaces.

Solution

• Measured from the original design of SS4H-ZRG as-printed, this is an entirely new thing
• Designed for easy printing (print it as downloaded, no need to re-orient)
• Zip tie ducting for easy routing of zip ties in-situ

Vitamins

(The other things you will need.)

• 25mm vertical TV antenna pole
• Zip ties up to 1.4mm thick and 4mm wide
• Screws up to 15mm long and 3.5mm wide

Printing

• 4 vertical walls
• 5 top/bottom shells
• 15mm rectilinear infill
• This printed in about 2hrs on my Voron 2.4 using ABS

Remixing

• Fusion 360 file provided for easy remixing
