I wanted this to get perfect clamping pressure on the Drylin bearings to ensure minimal play and stiction once mounted on the rods.

Adjust the tightness of the screws to adjust the fit of the drylin bearings until there is little to no play and “stiction” (the effort required to get the carriage moving). You'll likely want to use a drop of blue loctite (the non-permanent kind) on each screw to prevent it from loosening over time.

Standard print settings. I printed them all laying down with the bearing halves facing up. Some support is needed for the countsunk holes. They could probably be printed on the sides as well for a smoother bore surface.

I may modify it in the future to allow it to clamp the belts as well.

Requires an additional 8 M3 heat set inserts and 8 M3x12 screws.
Weighs an additional 10 grams or so over the base model.
