Ender 3 V3 SE / Ender 3 SE LCD reposition stand

Stand to reposition the original LCD display to the top base.

Reduces the printer footprint and modifies the angle so it's easier to view and operate.

Uses original mounting points of the screen too.

Screen holds in place respecting original slide system so 2 risers need to be printed. These can be redimensioned or sanded to achieve a tight fit when the screen back pins slide down on the stand holes.
