Prusa MK3/S Einsy Raspberry PI 4B/3B Enclosure with support Brace

I've designed my own very strong PSU-Replacement-Brace (see my Prints) and desided to have the same one on the other side.

Here's my new "from the scratch" Design for an EINSY Enclosure with Raspberry PI 4B (2B/3B) and Voltageregulator included. It's mounted to a stiff Brace and the Frame to give the Frame support on this side (right).

The Cover is variable to got some PI-HATs or Fan's into it. I'll use a GPIO Extension Board to connect my Enclosures Sensors, Lights etc.

The Brace fits (clicks) onto the Extrusion like the PSU-Replacement Brace. It is mountet with up to four T-Nut's to hold it secure in place.

With the included Flat Cover it is needed to modify the Heatbedplug (see Pictures). I've removed the end sleeve and use solder to get an L-Shape End.

What you need:
8x M3x8 + 8x M3 Nut's (Cablemounts)
4x M3x8 + 4x M3 Nut's (Raspberry)
2x M3x8 (Frame)
4x M3x8 + 4x M3 Nut's + some kind of (rubber)washer (Einsy)
Countersunk 3x M3x10 + 3 M3 Nylock Nut's (Brace to Enclusure)
Countersunk 8x M3x12 + 8 M3 Nut's (Cover)
4x M3x10 + 4x M3 Washer + 4x T-Nut 8mm M3 ( optional + 4 to make it very strong) (Braces)
2x M4 Framescrew (use the original screws) + 2x M4 Nut
2x Ziptie's

ToDo: some diffenrent Cover version for Fanmount, more Space for Raspberry PI HAT's,...

Note:
You need longer Powercable if the Powersupply is mounted to the Frame !

Use PETG (Prusament Orange)
0.2mm Layer for enclosure parts
