My daughter asked me for a bottle holder for her IKEA bed - here it is:
Three-piece model, for 3D printing without supports. The bottom of the holder is screwed to the top. A ring is inserted in between. This allows up to three colors to be combined, without changing filament while printing.
For bottles up to 70mm diameter (inner diameter of the holder = 72mm).
Fits perfectly to bed sides with 22.5mm thickness, like the ones of a IKEA "SLÄKT" bed.
To increase stability, I used four perimeters. Also I used a modifier in Prusa Slicer to give the hook and part of the holder a higher infill of 80%, while the rest has an infill of 20%.
Please notice: The inner diameter of the ring is the same as the diameter of the top part, where the ring is pushed on.
This fits perfectly with a Prusa printer. If your 3D printer does not have high accuracy and the ring does not fit, you could try grinding, place a cylinder in the slicer as a negative volume - or leave me a comment and tell me what you need ;-)
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
