A bracelet assembled with M2x20 grub screws and a single M3x20 for the clamp.

Parts required

15-25x M2x20 grub screws. How many you need depend on the desired length of the bracelet, I used 18.

Description of Files

The design has 5 rows consisting of 3x “Center” pieces and 1x “Left" and 1x “Right”, how many you need depend on the desired length. You need 1x of each Clamp, one for each end.

The holes in the Center pieces are slightly larger than in the Left/Right and Clamp pieces to allow for the bracelet to be flexible. 

Included are two sets of files, Standard and Larger.

I printed the Standard myself and it works as intended and assembly went smoothly, however depending on your printer the holes may end up being slightly too small. 
Therefore the holes in the files named Larger are slightly larger and may work better for your printer. I would recommend printing a few of the Standard sized pieces and see if they work as intended, if the holes seem too small then try the Larger ones.

Left/Right Standard: 2.00mm holes.
Center Standard: 2.10mm holes.

Left/Right Larger: 2.15mm holes.
Center Larger: 2.30mm holes.

An M2 screw is roughly 1.90mm in diameter but is common for the holes to become smaller when printed.

 

Print settings

I used 0.1mm layer height, 0.40mm nozzle, 100% infill and two colors of PLA. 

I would strongly recommend to avoid printing these with a larger than 0.40mm nozzle as I suspect that may result in poor dimensional accuracy and potentially holes that are not the correct size.

I would recommend printing the parts in the orientation shown on the third image so you get the best surface finish and don't have to deal with removing supports.
