PC SFX to Flex-ATX PSU Adapter Plate

Simple computer power supply (PSU) adapter plate to change an SFX mount to Flex-ATX compatible, which fit a 1U server PSU.  Choose the normal 3mm thick plate, or the stronger "T4" (4mm) model.  Secure it with standard computer case screws (#6-32 UNC).  Add supports (e.g. cable tie), if needed.
