Edit 22/oct-2023:

If you have trouble with the rollers “growing” into the inner and outer rings, you need to lower the gap closing radius in the slicer. In OrcaSlicer, this is found under Quality > Precision

Print in place 608 Roller Bearing for mechanical prints.
My bearings are greased in-between the rollers with lithium grease, ensuring smooth motion and longer lifetime for the bearing.

The model has pretty tight tolerances, so each individual roller has to be broken free. Do this carefully as to not snap the rollers. However when the rollers are broken free the bearing is very smooth and tight, with very little axial movement.

This model is reverse engineered and redrawn from scratch from @MatveyKukuy's Ultimate 608 bearing. This remix features another roller and user definable tolerances(in the f3d-file).
I had no benefit from using different radial- and tenon tolerances (RT and TT), so for this model, only a single tolerance is used.
Also added a chamfer on the edge, to match machined bearings.

The bearings in the images are printed with 'Dutch Filament (MCPP) Glitter Grey PLA' at 0.23mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle on a Bambu Lab X1C.

Do you enjoy my work?

Feedback, makes and ratings are much appreciated. I'd love to see what you have printed and hear about your exciting builds.
