In a video, Adam Savage pointed out that you can get really good locking urethane caster wheels for like $20-$25 on ebay. During quarantine last year I decided to make a tool cart based on these that would just be a mobile rack of french cleats so you can pull out only the relevant tools and parts for the current job with you to your work location. While this design doesn't contain printed parts, it works great with any of the printed French cleat designs on here, thingiverse, and other repositories. I figured it is likely relevant to many maker people. 4 x 5" locking castors, the PDF, a table saw, a miter saw, and the appropriate selection of wood stock and a few wood screws should be about all you need to build one. Starting stock is approximately 37 feet of 2"x6", 7 feet of 2"x4", and 33"x27"x ½ plywood. Dimensions in the pdf are real so add about ½ inch to the cross section dimensions to get “nominal” board dimensions.
