Pecham Air Pressure Pump Bumper

Background and idea

Lately I bought the Pecham air pressure pump at AliExpress. Unfortunately it came without any protection while using (and vibrating) in a rough environment and there was no possibility to store the several adapters for the different valves. Now, here are three variants:

• the bumper / protective cover only
• the bumper with three narrow positioned adapter holders
• the bumper with two narrow and one further apart adapter holders

Printing recommendations

• With TPU (soft TPU recommended) – I used Extrudr Flex Semisoft black.
• Nozzle diameter 0.6mm (probably also works with 0.4mm) – I used 0.6mm BondTech CHT nozzle.
• Layer hight 0.2mm (probably also works with 0.3mm)
• Perimeters 6
• Infill 0%
• No supports
