Blank Task List (updated with notches)

This is a blank task list with on-off check marks. You can directly write on the plate, or the plate size is adjusted for 40 x 12 mm labels.

The bottom of slide switch should be printed with a different color.

Slide in all switch tabs before assembly. The top part should snap fit with the bottom part. Make sure the knob side faces outward as in the photo.
