3.5mm Aux Headphone TRRS Coupler Mount

I was tired of my headphone/mic cable (TRRS) running across my desk while gaming. I decided I wanted a way to mount it to/under my desk and after a google search not finding anything that would handle the TRRS, I decided to make my own.

This uses a coupler as the jack. This allows the flexibility to use any length cable you want. I cannot guarantee fit of any coupler other than the one I have linked below. I have included an image with the dimensions in mm in case you cannot get the same coupler.

The additional block is optional. I added it as my desk has a small lip at the edge. If you need additional thickness, you can use multiples. (The hollowed out part of the block was only to save material and print time. It currently serves no function.) You do not have to use the block and can attach the mounting block directly to the surface.

The mounting holes were designed and shaped for #6 wood screws. (https://amzn.to/463B54m These are the style. They are cheaper to buy at the local box store if you need just a couple.) I made 4 holes, but mounted mine with 2 in diagonal holes. ¾" or 19mm length is sufficient without the spacer block. With the spacer, I used 1" or 25mm.
