I first used the Design parts provided by MatterHackers for the E3D Hotend for Creality CR-10. The issue I had with it was, it required heat set threaded inserts which I did'nt have, Secondly since my Ender 3 does not have any auto bed leveling and I need to manually move the extruder by hand for level adjustments. So I needed some sort of body over the Hotend so I don't touch the fans accidentally. This is basically a heavily modified version of the Design Files provided by MatterHackers
Additional Parts needed for assembly
1) 2 x M3 square nuts
2) 2 x M3x6 screws
3) 2 x M3x14 Screws
4) 4 x M2x10 Screws (The screws from the stock fan can be reused)
5) 4 x M2 Nut
6) 2 x M2x16 screws
The Mount Base and the Mount Cover are printed at 20% infill, but I printed the clamp at 100% infill
