Join three pieces of 20x20mm v-slot orthogonally.
This works really nicely in ASA but any strong filament should be OK, even PETG if your layer adhesion is good enough. The V-slot should be tapped with a M5 tap after cutting, then join with low-profile M5 bolts, 10-12mm is about the right length.
(6mm ply fits perfectly in the slot. 3mm polycarbonate sheeting fits well but loosely. This is a very easy way to make a printer enclosure.)
Added a picture - the finished printer enclosure with 6mm ply and 3mm polycarbonate walls, 20mm v-slot and this print. Some foam tape in the tracks of the v-slot is required to stop the polycarbonate rattling loosely in the slots. I will feed the extruder via bowden tube through a hole in the top. Next I need to design a door…
