Foldable 20x20 Aluminum Profile Connector

This simple connector can join two 20 x 20 mm aluminum (or other) pipe ends together, either simple square pipes or I-type extrusions. It allows for 180° rotation and has a spring tensioned button for locking them in the straight position, a model without the lock is also provided. Extra: If the joint has to be straight while the lock is under tension, there is now a special variant of the left connector for that!

Components needed: M6 x 30 mm socket head screw and nylon locking nut, 0.6 x 6 x 15 mm compression spring, 3 x 30 mm roll pin, as well as 2 pcs of M4 screws (or other) to thread into the side of the aluminum tube ends. Print standing up with pipe hole-side down! Clear screw holes with drill if needed...
