the head of my cloth hanger broke so I designed and printed a replacement.

Description
PDFThe model does not need any suppor and the orientation is already correct.
I made it parametric, so you can just modify the diameter of the rod and the tollerance, in its current form it is tuned for a 15mm diameter rod.
