I was tired of always having to remix drawer models so I decided to design a divider in 2 parts that fit together perfectly, can scale to whatever dimensions you like, print without supports and without brim.
The result is a drawer divider in two parts of 100x100x3mm. The two parts have self aligning connectors that fit together snuggly. At the default scale there is a 0.5mm wider and deeper hole on the female part. This ensures a snug fit with room for accommodation shrinkage and any slight printer issues.
Whatever the dimensions of your drawer, the pieces are design so that you can always scale them in whatever direction you wish by the same percentage and they will fit your drawer. Is your drawer 300mm long and 150mm deep? Just scale both pieces 50% in all dimensions and boom you have a divider in 2 pieces that will fit your drawer.
HOW TO SCALE
Desired drawer divider length / 2 = scale percentage of each piece.
EXAMPLE
If your desired drawer divider length is 350mm, then divide that by 2 = 175 and this is your scale percentage for each divider piece. You simply change the length axis scale to 175% for both pieces (probably Z if printing as shown) and they will fit together snugly and fit your drawer.
Manage the height independently. My drawer is 125mm deep so I scale to 125%
Print standing on the T side without supports or brim. You can print with 0% infill and 2 wall loops at 0.5mm line width. Use Arachne wall generator in Bambu studio for best results.
If you make each section longer than 150mm there is a higher chance of wall vibration as the printer gets to the higher layers. I have successfully printed this model in 2x 200mm tall segments on the Bambulab X1C without brim or supports but this height did introduce some vibration in the wall which led to a wavy look. The walls fit together snugly regardless of these cosmetic issues which you can see on the photos.
Combine the two parts with superglue for best results. Double sided tape on the T ends works to hold the divider in place in the drawer.
