SD2IEC side plate for breadbin C64

This is a side plate for the breadbin case C64 for installation of an internal SD2IEC device. The main purpose was to install additional buttons for disc image change and an on/off switch.

The used switches can be clicked into the side panel, hence the recommendation of using PLA since I broke a few latches during development.
