MK2S Nozzle cover (Parametric height and text)

I built and MK2S but the nozzle I got from china was a bit longer than original E3D so I added a variable to original OpenSCAD model to allow adjusting the height of the cover, increasing Extra_height you can lower the bottom of the shroud to direct air lower if so needed, you can also make it negative to reduce in case your nozzle is shorter. Use the text field to customize text.
 

Uploaded STL goes 1mm closer to the heat-bed to accommodate for a longer nozzle, FreeCAD design also adds 1mm and allows to easily change text to customize if you so desire.
