4mm Connector Housing

I designed this plug housing to enclose 4mm bullet / banana-plug connectors for a charge lead adapter for a HOTA D6+ charger. This housing could be useful in any other application where you want to enclose 4mm female connectors.

Print Instructions

Printed in Overture PETG at 0.15mm, 15% infill, & support enforcers on the retaining features of the housing. Could probably try a few more more orientation & support configs to optimize but it serves its purpose as I printed it.

Assembly

The connectors are placed in the inserts and then slid into the outer housing, clicking in place to retain the whole assembly. The inserts have an M3 hole if you prefer eliminate the outer housing and just hold them together with a fastener & nut.
