Menabo bycicle car trailer clamp

This is a replacement for a clamp (circled on the picture below 🙂) of the arm that holds the bikes on a Menabo via 8 marzo n.3 

A friend has this trailer, but sadly he lost one of the clamps and couldn't get a spare part, so he asked me if I could make him one 🙂

The model was printed in ASA, since it is supposed to have a higher resistance against UV light and is quite sturdy.

I used a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.15mm layer heigh with cooling set to min 20% and max 50% and bridges were set to 100%. I also had to enable “Keep fan always on” otherwise the overhangs didn't print correctly.

For the hinge I used a 43.5mm, ⌀4mm steel rod
