Pipe mount to add board carrier to wagon (kite, surf board)

Fixture to attach a round pipe (e.g PVC) to a square pipe (e.g metal). Attaches to sq pipe rigidly, round pipe rotates. 

This is designed to attach PVC pipes to the sides of a utility wagon/cart often used for sports equipment (e.g like this or search for “Costco Wagon”). The idea is that you make two U-shaped hooks out of 1 ¼" PVC pipe and fittings, mount them to the vertical front and back square pipes on the side of the wagon, and you have yourself a nice way to carry surf or kite boards in addition to all the other stuff you have in that wagon.

Fusion360 source is attached, everything is fully parametric. Go to Solid/Modify/Change Parameters for the list of explicitly named parameters. Edit the two sketches to see how they're being used.

• Currently parametrized for 1 ¼" pvc pipe, 15 mm square pipe and M6-40 machine screw 
• Probably best to print in PETG with 100% infill?
• No supports
