Pull-O-Copter

Based on the Toothed rack and gear module 1.5 by denmx, I created the Pull-O-Copter!

A toy that lauches a 100mm (or experimental 150mm) diameter rotor up in the air with one sharp pull!

Perfect for kids and everyone that doesn't hate fun.

Can be used outdoors and indoors.

If you have problems with the files try using the _fix files provided by HAMMER_T(https://www.thingiverse.com/HAMMER_T) for better results

You'll need 2 m3 screws, length: 10-13mm

Update1:

The rotor now comes in 2 sizes, 100mm and 150mm (150mm doesn't provide much lift yet, will update soon).

Added a short version of the key for smaller buildplates.

Its not tested yet so i dont really know if its long enough to actually let it fly.

Notes:

Nozzle: 0.4mm
Supports required for grip, gear and rotor parts.

Gear printed with 60% infill.

Rotor printed with 15% infill.

Post-Printing

After printing make sure to get off the rotors supports cleanly for better aerodynamics.

If the key and the main part dont perfectly work at first just grind them a little by inserting the key multiple times and/or use lubrication.
