Teeces PSI holder [V3]- R2-D2

The other version I drew up, worked, but on a recent re-installation, https://r5-d4astromechdroid.blogspot.com/2023/09/r2-d2-teeces-dome-leds.html, I found that the slot wasn't needed and would split along the print layers. So Version 3 [this one] has been beefed up with no slot and also an additional grab ring.
